My background

I am what you might call a modern-day nomad, a professional whose roots span across multiple countries and cultures.

Born and raised in Romania, my academic journey took me to Spain, where I deepened my understanding of human behaviour through advanced studies in Industrial-Organisational Psychology and HR Management. My career then led me to Italy, where I navigated the complexities of the corporate world. Now, I find myself based in Germany, all while maintaining strong ties to France.

Travel has always been more than just a hobby for me – it is a way of life. Each country I have travelled to or lived in has offered a new perspective, a fresh way of seeing the world.

Every chance I get, I immerse myself in the culture of a new place, whether it’s hiking in remote landscapes, experiencing the arts at a local theater, or simply engaging in everyday life.

These experiences have profoundly shaped me both personally and professionally, enriching my global perspective and increasing my interest in cross-cultural communication.

Beyond the professional sphere, I find joy in the simple things – crafting DIY projects or travelling to experience new cultures in their authentic settings.

My professional Journey

With dual master’s degrees in Organizational Psychology and HR Management, and fluency in six languages, I have carved out a niche in the fields of People, Talent, and Growth. My professional journey has taken me across diverse sectors, from consulting to deep tech startups and established companies, each experience adding a unique layer to my expertise.

Adecco Italia:

Managed Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for major global clients such as General Motors, FCA (Stellantis), Petronas, and Magneti Marelli. This role honed my ability to align large-scale recruitment processes with the nuanced needs of diverse, international clients.

Lilium:

Played a key role in building a division of over 200 professionals. Served as a sparring partner for the Manufacturing Director, focusing on Talent Topics that significantly influenced the company’s growth trajectory.

Hays:

Revitalised the Engineering Branch in Northen Italy, working with prestigious clients like Petronas, FCA, and Cartier, as well as numerous small to mid-sized Italian companies, focusing primarily on technical and managerial profiles.

Additiv:

Led a company-wide reorganisation, driving a remarkable 47% growth across 8 global locations in under six months.

Today, I thrive as a Leadership & Strategic HR Development professional, leveraging my extensive international experience to foster positive workplace environments and ensure seamless talent integration.
